These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Frontline Standard ("Service"), operated by Frontline Standard LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Frontline Standard, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Frontline Standard is a fitness training application designed for first responders including law enforcement, fire service, EMS, corrections, and dispatch personnel. The Service provides workout programming, tracking tools, nutrition guidance, and community features.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Billing: After the trial, your chosen subscription plan (Monthly at $24.99/month, Annual at $179.99/year, or Founding Member at $97/year) will begin billing automatically.
• Founding Member: The Founding Member rate of $97/year is locked for life as long as the subscription remains active and is limited to the first 100 subscribers.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
• Payment: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The fitness programs, nutrition guidance, and health information provided through Frontline Standard are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning any exercise program, consult your physician or qualified health professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. You assume all risk associated with your participation in any fitness activities.

Frontline Standard LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome that may result from use of our Service.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts for third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Reproduce, duplicate, or sell any part of the Service without authorization

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (workout logs, progress photos, community posts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use that content to provide and improve the Service.

Progress photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Frontline Standard LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontline Standard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frontline Standard LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or canceling your subscription.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bradley County, Tennessee.
